Beyond engineering, we served as end-to-end façade consultants. This included design reviews, budgeting, contractor evaluation, tender support, and quality assurance. Our scope spanned the entire project lifecycle—from pre-award services like shop drawing reviews and mock-up testing to post-award inspections and close-out documentation.

Process Management

Our role extended beyond conventional oversight. From fabrication to installation, we devised a detailed, step-by-step process management framework that maintained precision at every stage. This proactive approach minimised post-installation corrections and upheld Vistara’s benchmark for quality and execution.

Engineering a Customised Solution

The project began with a clear brief: to develop a glazing system that seamlessly integrated fixed glass, sliding doors, railing systems, and zinc composite panel cladding, while ensuring structural integrity and zero water ingress. Vistara responded with a tailored, unitised, structurally glazed solution composed of fully prefabricated modules, designed for easy on-site installation and long-term durability.

Agency Coordination & Special Assignments

For this assignment, the client opted to retain ownership of contracts while outsourcing production and installation. Vistara stepped in to manage this complex coordination, identifying vendors, securing materials, and overseeing timely execution. Our involvement ensured seamless delivery, cost efficiency, and full alignment with the client’s performance expectations.
