Our scope began with developing and refining the facade concept, supported by detailed design and interface drawings to ensure seamless system integration. We managed the tendering process in full—preparing bid documents, conducting technical evaluations, and aligning contractor capabilities with project needs. On-site, our rigorous quality assurance programme included continuous monitoring, inspections, and performance validation, ensuring the build matched design intent in every detail. The result was a facade that met stringent performance requirements while enhancing the project’s architectural vision.
