Vistara was entrusted with comprehensive facade consultancy services, delivering strategic inputs across design, execution, and final handover, all tailored to the project’s specific requirements.

Concept Design

We developed the facade concept in line with the architect’s vision, adhering to ECBC and Green Building norms. Acoustic performance, access systems, and long-term maintenance were factored in from the outset, along with early-stage value engineering, budgeting, and scheduling.

Schematic Design

The concept was refined in collaboration with the client and consultants. We prepared schematic drawings for the tender, selected materials to meet both performance standards and budget goals, and provided a detailed bill of quantities along with a defined project timeline.

Tender Management

We managed the tendering process end-to-end—preparing and issuing bid packages to glazing contractors, conducting technical evaluations.
