The tender process was managed in full, drafting detailed documentation, conducting technical assessments, and assisting in contractor selection to match project requirements. During execution, our quality assurance measures included systematic site reviews, adherence checks, and prompt resolution of any deviations. This structured approach ensured the facade was delivered in line with the intended design, performance criteria, and project timelines.
